We’re here for the everyday moments

- and the big ones too.

Working together to make life work for individuals and families living with neurodiversity and disabilities.

At Redefini Therapies, we understand that life with neurodiversity or disability doesn’t follow a neat path. Some days are full of wins. Others are just really hard. We’re here for all of it.

Whether you’re a child finding your way, a teenager wondering why the world feels different, an adult finally seeking answers, or a parent trying to figure out the next step — you’ve come to the right place. We specialise in supporting individuals with neurodiversity and disabilities, and we do it with real care, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

We know how exhausting it can be to feel like you have to prove yourself, explain yourself, or wait months just to feel heard. That’s why we make it our job to truly listen, to understand what’s going on for you and your family, and to walk alongside you — not just point you in a direction.

A space made for you

✓  Inner city location
✓  Calm, inclusive environment
✓  Families & carers welcome
✓  Space to breathe

Our clinic wasn’t put together by accident — it was designed with you in mind. Nestled in the inner city, Redefini is a genuine sanctuary: a calm, welcoming space where individuals with disabilities can access therapies without feeling like an afterthought.

And we know that when one person comes through our doors, they rarely come alone. Families and carers are more than welcome - whether that means joining the session or simply taking a well-earned breather with a coffee while you wait. You deserve a moment too.
