Anna believes that therapy is a journey taken together so she brings her most authentic self to each session. Creating an environment where clients feel safe and comfortable being their true selves. For Anna, therapy is not about fixing anyone, Instead, it’s about navigating life’s challenges and uncovering strengths in a way that feels empowering and true to who her clients are.
