Come once. Come regularly. Come when you need it.

We know life as a parent or carer does not always fit neatly into a programme timetable. There is no requirement to attend every Parent & Carer Circle session. Each fortnight focuses on a different topic and is designed as a complete session in its own right. You are welcome to book one session, several sessions, or the whole series.

Places are limited, so registration is required for each session.

Create, fidget, talk, or do absolutely nothing.

Every Parent & Carer Circle includes an optional Creative & Regulation Table.

You might find drawing, colouring, clay, collage, yarn, tactile materials or simply having something in your hands makes conversation easier. Or you may prefer a cup of coffee and nothing else.

There is no art ability required. There is no finished product expected. Nobody will interpret what you create and you never have to explain it.

The materials are simply there if they help you feel comfortable, regulate, connect or express something that is difficult to put into words.

No pressure. No performance. No compulsory craft.
